- A person enrolled with SiwonSchool who inevitably can`t continue the course may choose a temporary suspension.
- A user may suspend his or her current course 10 days each time, up to 3 times, and for as long as 30 days.
- Event courses or free lectures may not be suspended.
- For package courses, suspending one lecture in the package will suspend all the bundled lectures.
- When the suspension period is over, suspension is automatically deactivated to resume the enrollment.
- Please be aware that for a suspension within 7 days of a new payment, the refund will not be 100%.
